We just updated our property map to include all of our properties across the US, which makes it easy to find the location compared to other properties so you can find the perfect match and location for your needs.
We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to own land. We’re on a mission to make the process of finding and purchasing vacant land online simple, affordable, and transparent.

Step 1: Choose your land
All properties are verified and owned by us
We verify and purchase all of the properties and we make searching for them on our site simple. Use the search filters to narrow your results or use our interactive map.
We do our best to provide you with detailed and accurate information about each property so you will know what you are buying before you buy.
There’s also an interactive map on each property page where you can find directions and zoom in and out.
Step 2: SELECT A PURCHASE OPTION
Affordable installment payment plans and cash discounts
Since we own every property we sell, we’re able to provide installment payment plans so you don’t need to go through a lengthy approval process with a bank. No credit checks, no prepayment penalties, and no red tape.
Prefer to pay with cash? You can get a nice cash discount!
Step 3 FILL OUT BUYER'S APPLICATION
Payment options that work for you
We provide secure payment options for credit cards by Paypal or Stripe. All of your payments are protected by SSL security.
We also accept checks, money orders, and wire transfers.
Don’t see a payment option that works for you? Contact us and we’ll find a way to make it work.
Installment Payment Options
Pay In Full
Choose this option if you want to save some money with our Pay In Full Discount. You could save anywhere from 5% to 50% depending on the property!
Step 4: SIGN THE CONTRACT
You’re Officially a Landowner!
It’s Real Estate! Which means there’s a real contract.
Choose how to hold title, Read the terms and conditions of the contract, fill in the necessary details, and sign electronically.
The contract will be emailed to you usually the same day depending on the time you checked out.
This packet will include your Land Contract, Promissory Note, and Purchase Sale Agreement.
We also have an autopay system for your monthly payments free of charge. Most of our customers prefer this option. We’ll send out the form along with the contract.
Once you pay off your note, we will issue your Warranty Deed along with other paperwork required by the County.
